1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through the General Fund-2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (₱ 140, 830.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supplies/Materials in Support to Dog Termination Program - Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00013G-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
