Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND BIOLOGICS
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum One Million Twenty Two Thousand Pesos (Php1, 022, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Biologics/IB No. 2025-054 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Biologics with the following specifications:
Albendazole 15% Oral Solution - Anthelmintic 500 liters
Triclabendazole + Levamisole Anthelmintic / Antiparasitic for ruminants 32 liters
Injectable Multivitamins A, B Complex, D, E, 100 mL/ Bottle 264 Bottle
Procaine Benzylpenicillin + Benzylpenicillin Potassium Streptomycin (as sulfate) 100 vials
