PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES UNDER TUBERCOLOSIS CONTROL PROGRAM FOR CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT (ISONIAZID ET AL)
1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty Five Pesos Only (P/779, 345.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines under Tubercolosis Control Program for City Health Department (Isoniazid et al) OC-218 (CHD-16) 24 GD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
