1. The NIA MOMARO IMO, through GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 79/100 (PHP 2, 495, 478.79) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCURE-MENT OF SURVEYING AND IT EQUIPMENT FOR BACO SMALL RESER-VOIR IRRIGATION PROJECT CY 2025 with Project Identification Number MOMARO-PROCSITBACOSRIP-2.4M-CY2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA MOMARO IMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (In-structions to Bidders).
