1. The NIA MOMARO IMO, through GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS AND 39/100 (PHP 1, 835, 377.39) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SURVEYING EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES FOR BACO SMALL RESERVOIR IRRIGATION PROJECT CY 2025 with Project Identification Number MOMARO-PROCSEABACOSRIP-1.835M-CY2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA MOMARO IMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents.
