Description : INVITATION TO BID

“Procurement of Tokens for PFMCP Resource Speakers and other PFM-related Sessions”

1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P480, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Tokens for PFMCP Resource Speakers and other PFM-related Sessions” (Project ID No. DBM-2024-46). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DBM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of February 27, 2021 to February 26, 2024 a contract similar to the Project.
