Procurement of Various Batteries for Rolling Stock
1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and 00/100 (₱1, 504, 755.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Batteries for Rolling Stock. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Various Batteries for Rolling Stock. Completion of all works under the contract is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
