1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF STA. CRUZ, through the Provincial Government of Cagayan approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Ten Pesos & Seventy Three Centavos (P 280, 410.73) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 01-2025 - Procurement of Various Materials for the Fabrication/Installation of Solar Streetlight. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF STA. CRUZ now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
