Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICAL GARMENTS/LINEN

1. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through the NGA, General Appropriation Act CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Three Hundred Pesos Only (Php593, 300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Medical Garments/Linen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Initial delivery of the Goods is required upon contract commencement and receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
