1. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the PMNP-Performance Based Grant (Trust Fund), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand & Ninety (PhP139, 090.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Vitamins & Medicines for Pregnant Women & Children MHO-254-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Procurement Vitamins & Medicines for Pregnant Women & Children. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days upon issuance of NTP/PO. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
