1. The Municipality of Lubao through the SEF intends to apply the sum of P 539, 760.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Solicitation PB No.2024-030-143 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Lubao, through the SEF intends to apply the sum of P 539, 760.00 Procurement of Writing Books for kindergarden 1 to deliver teaching learning process effectively being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item.
