Production of "A" type security documents
The KAV Koezlekedesi Alkalmassagi es Vizsgakoezpont Nonprofit Kft., (hereinafter: KAV or Bidder) is responsible for the protection of security documents86/1996 on (VI. 14.) intends to have security documents classified in the "A" document protection category specified in the government decree produced within the framework of this public procurement procedure.
The tenderer's task, in cooperation with the Bidder (issuer), in the case of mandatory security documents, is the NBSZ SpecialistCooperation during licensing and approval at the Institute of Security, cooperation in applying for a license to use document protection system plans. The bidder shall provide the document protection plans and the 3 blank and 3 fictitious data contained in § 8, paragraphs (5)-(6) of the Government Decreeprepares a certified sample document within 30 days after the availability of the document protection system plan and contributes to its approval.
The Bidder is obliged to produce the security documents no later than 15 days from the approval of the document protection plan by the Expert Instituteto begin. The Bidder shall deliver the personalized documents to the postal service provider in a certified manner, in accordance with the instructions of the Bidder, within 72 hours after the transfer of the data - for the purpose of delivery to the authorized (addressee) as an official document.
