Additional Description:-The Town of Wallingford is seeking a professional consultant to perform grant writing and grant management services for preparation and management of a 2019 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (SCCDBG). Respondents must be familiar with and experienced in current Federal and State requirements for Small Cities Community Development Grants including 24 CFR Part 85.36; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Conflict of Interest (24 CFR Part 570); Access to Records; Exec. Order 11246 (EEO); Exec. Order 12138 WBE Policy; Architectural Barrier Act of 1968; Age Discrimination Act of 1975; Section 3 Clause - HUD Act of 1968; Section 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Retention & Custodial Req. (24 CFR Part 85.42); Exec. Order 11063; Affirmative Action Program/Plan and Fair Housing, Environmental and Davis Bacon Acts, citizen participation, public hearings and other applicable regulations.
