Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship is soliciting proposals from local outsourcing companies or Information Technology companies (alone or having joint venture with local or international firm) for providing professional services for MODEE in the implementation of the digital transformation projects and tasks.
Winning bidder activities
In order to provide the required professional services, the winning bidder is required to perform the
activities mentioned below, noting that any additional related activities needed for the proper
completion of the contract should be provided by the winning bidder and its cost should be included
in the fixed lump sum price submitted by the bidder
1. The contract will be for the duration of two years
2. The engagement with the company is task oriented depending on the projects and plan of
digital transformation in MODEE and the governmental entities, therefore, MODEE
reserves the right to request any number of resources mentioned in annex 5.1 for each
intended task within the contract duration, as per the following methodology :
a. The job title, number of resources and number of man-days/months required will be
determined by MODEE as per the nature and size of the scope of work to be achieved
b. If the task duration is 1 calendar month or above, MODEE will notify the winning bidder
2 calendar weeks prior to task starting date
c. If the task duration is less than 1 calendar month, then the winning bidder should provide
the required resources immediately regardless of the type and number of resources.
