The objective of this procurement initiative is to replace the current Professional Services Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) which consists of: • Tranche 1 - Finance, Audit, Economics, • Tranche 2 -Human Resource Services, • Tranche 3 - Management, Policy and Agile Project/Program Management, and • Tranche 4 - Procurement and Probity.
