1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the DRRM Trust Fund (Quick Response Fund 2014 - 2020) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWENTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 2, 029, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES TO ADDRESS THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID 19) (Purchase of Food Supplies). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinamungajan now invites bids for the Supply of :
1) 800 sacks (50 kilos a sack) rice.
2) 50 boxes beef loaf
3) 50 boxes sardines
4) 2000 packs (1/4 kilo/pack) Monggo
5) 40 boxes (30 packs/box) Odong
Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within 20 days from receipt of Purchase Order.
