With this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), West Basin Municipal Water District (“West Basin” or “District”) is accepting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified Progressive Design-Build Entities (“PDBE”) to provide services for Project Title.West Basin is a public agency that provides imported drinking water and recycled water to 17 cities and nearly one million people in the coastal Los Angeles area. West Basin is a member agency of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
