The subject of the procurement is the project design of the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Tapaninkylae, Helsinki, including the option of the overall design of the project as a design group (main and architect, yard, structure, HVAC, building automation, energy, electricity, foundation structure, elevator, fire and acousticiikkasuunnittu).
The object of the renovation is a rental property owned by Helsingin kaupunin asunnot Oy, which is located on plots 39313/2 and 39314/1 of the city of Helsinki (Jaekaelaepolku 2 and Jaekaelaetie 15, 00730 Helsinki)
