PROJECT ID No. 2405-414

1. City Government of Tagbilaran, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 23-07 for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of SIx MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php6, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN FORMULATION, PROJECT ID No. 2405-414. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The City Government of Tagbilaran now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for procurement of consulting services of a local consultancy firm/company with extensive experience in the preparation of master development plans, tourism plans or urban and regional planning projects in the Philippines who shall prepare and create the urban development framework of Tagbilaran City which shall contain the selected/preferred conceptual master plan, institutional and management setup, social management guidelines, development phasing plan, financial study, 3-D animation and rendered perspective, and infra...
