The purpose of this consultation is to award a project management contract within the framework of articles R2162-15 to 21 of the public procurement code relating to the basic mission supplemented by the following missions: Coordination of Security Systems Fire, Coor Management Schedulingdination, Execution Studies

The operation concerns the extension of the EHPAD with the creation of a UVP of 12 beds

- Construction of 12 UVP rooms with living room and service,

- Construction of 5 rooms upstairs and living room allowing interior fittings in the EHPAD units

The project representshas a surface area of approximately 593 m2 SU.

The construction project will be the subject of separate contracts within the meaning of article L2431-1 of the Public Order Code, the estimated cost of the work is 2.545 Meuros excluding tax
