The City of Tours wishes to create, within the framework of the City of Art and History Label, a Center for the Interpretation of Architecture and Heritage (Ciap), a local cultural facility with the aim of raising awareness, Information And Training Of All Audiences In ArchitectureAnd To The Heritage Of The Territory Concerned. This Equipment Will Accommodate The Functions Necessary For Equipment Receiving The Public And For The Service Provided To Users. The chosen site is the Logis des Gouverneurs, on the site of the Chateau de Tours, on the banks of the Loire. The Forecast Financial Envelopenelle Assigned By The Project Owner To The Works (Building And Scenography) Is Estimated At 2, 709, 968 Euro(S) Ht (Value October 2022), Including Works, Design And Arrangements Of Exhibition Scenography, Close External Surroundings. The delivery of the work, subject of the works operation, Is Desired For November 2025.
