Abstract: Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust seeks applications for the role of Project Management for the delivery of its National Heritage Memorial Fund Project - Castle Core Emergency Works.Role Purpose - The Project Manager, on behalf of the Trust, will coordinate and oversee the management of all aspects of the capital project through to completion. This will include but is not exclusive to the following:- Assist the Trust in the tender, recruitment and contract process for key members of the project team - thePrincipal Designer / Design Team, Principal Contractor and linked roles such as the Governance position;- Create the relevant project documentation - Project Initiation Document and Project Plan using a suitableindustry recognised methodology;- Manage the project fund of 2.4 million (including match funding), working with the Trust Administrator todraw down funds from NMHF, map & monitor spending, producing financial reports to the project team, board and funders;- Operate a project management software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent;- Coordinate the Project Team meetings;- Monitor the project against the plan stages, gates, outputs and milestones to ensure th...
