Tenders are invited for Project for Securing and Strengthening Water Transfer Infrastructures in the North for the Sahel and Sfax Regions Construction and Equipment of the New sp5 Treated Water Pumping Station in Belli

The services covered by this series relate to engineering and civil engineering works / VRD, electricity, building fluids, loading, transport and laying of pipes for the construction and connection of the new pumping station SP5 projected at Belli consists of:

• Construction of the machine room with an area of​​approximately 900 m2 and its ancillary works (variator room, console room, offices, transformer stations, etc.), the total surface covered (Machine room and ancillary works) is around 1300 m2.

SERIES N° 2: Hydro-electromechanical equipment:
The services covered by this series include manufacturing, testing, packaging, on-site transport, handling, assembly and putting in perfect working order of the following hydro-electromechanical equipment:
• Four (04) electric pump units, centrifugal, identical and with a contractual unit operating point equal to 106m each (including one spare), operating at a fixed speed, with their supports, couplings and any other accessory necessary for assembly and proper operation,
• Two (02) identical centrifugal electric pump units with a contractual unit operating point equal to 1100 l/s at 106m each (including one emergency), operating at variable speed, with their supports, couplings and any other accessory necessary for the assembly and correct operation,
• The control of the two motors making up the two groups operating at variable speed by a system of variable speed drives ensuring the functions defined in the CCTP,
• A complete set of MV and LV electrical equipment,
• All the MV and LV connection cables
• A complete set of pipes and special parts
in hot-dip galvanized steel, treated and painted.
• A complete set of hydraulic accessories (valves,
non-return valves, dismantling joints, etc.).
• A complete set of measurement and control instruments
