Description : Anti-Money Laundering (AML) System Market Sounding Exercise Scope of Work The purpose of this market sounding exercise is to gain market insights and have open conversations with vendors on commercially available Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions. iGaming Ontario (iGO) wishes to gain further insight into the following: • Confirm that anti-money laundering software solutions (AMLS) exist as commercially available products in the market place; • Discuss how Vendors typically approach evergreening their AMLS to maintain current with compliance obligations; • Discuss how transition would be done smoothly to incorporate the upcoming FINTRAC batch reporting changes (being completed in 2023 (Large Cash Transaction Report (LCTR) and Suspicious Transaction Report (STR)) and 2024 (Casino Disbursement Report (CDR) and Electronic Funds Transfer Report (EFTR)); • Refine implementation timing estimates; • Refine implementation and sustainment cost estimates; and, • View demonstrations of AMLS products to understand the degree of fit that currently exists in the market.
