The objective of this RFP is to develop a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) Agreement with multiple Vendors for the provision of Forms, Forms with Security Features and Cheques Printing Services. Scope of Work The Ministry provides a full range of print services to Government of Ontario ministries and agencies utilizing in house printing technology, expertise and one-to-one customer service. The Ministry intends to select multiple qualified Vendors to provide Forms, Forms with Security Features and Cheque Printing services for each of the two (2) product groups: • Category A: Forms, Continuous Roll and Unit Sets, and Labels • Category B: Forms with Security Features and Cheque Printing Bidders may bid on one or multiple categories. The qualified Vendors will be requested to provide Forms, Forms with Security Features and Cheques Printing Services throughout the province of Ontario. Successful Bidders will be put on the Forms, Forms with Security Features and Cheques Printing Services Vendor of Record lists by category and will be requested to submit quotes on projects (second stage selection) as applicable when the need arises.
