Centennial Park, Moose Factory, ON is heritage site with a Part IV municipal designation under the Ontario Heritage Act. This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of full-scope general contractor services from start-up through close-out for the Buildings Restoration and Repairs Project at Centennial Park in Moose Factory, Ontario. Scope of Work The Centennial Park Buildings Restoration and Repairs Project includes (but is not limited to) the following full-provisions to conserve, restore and repair to like-for-like conditions: • Hard-landscaping (eg. Wood boardwalk, porch/stairs, pathways, etc.). • Foundations. • Exterior Building Envelope [eg. cladding (wood and masonry), fenestrations, roofing, watergoods, etc.) • Refresh and Stabilization of Interior Finishes. • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Repairs at the Washroom Building. • Miscellaneous Repairs (eg. wood repairs, refinishing, and painting, etc.).
