Supply Ontario intends to award multiple vendor Master Agreements to serve all Ontario Public School Boards, and provincial schools, with an initial Term of three (3) years with an option to extend for additional term of one (1) year. In addition to school usage, other Ontario broader public sector may use the VOR on an optional basis. Supply Ontario will select Vendors that are the manufacturers or authorized resellers for: (a) Vape detectors that do not detect or record audio or video. Capability to provide related accessories and services (b) Other building safety provisions, such as security cameras, motion sensors, safety lighting and related signage) Installation, training and maintenance for supplied products to clients may be required. Scope of Work Non-recording vape detectors and safety equipment required for a variety of schools across Ontario. Requirements may include the installation and maintenance of such equipment. It is expected that orders would commence in September. Products and services will include, but not limited to; • Vape Detectors • Security cameras (indoor/outdoor) • Safety lighting (indoor/outdoor) • Motion sensors • Related signage
