For the current project "Floridsdorf DOSTO new maintenance hall", various HVAC work (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) must be carried out between 2024 and mid-2026.

These essentially include the following services:

•Construction of a heating system using a well water heat pumpen, which are also used for cooling

•Construction of a heating system using district heating to cover peak loads and a central hot water preparation

•Construction of a central heat distribution using a buffer storage

•Construction of a central hot water preparation using a fresh water modulel

•Construction of heat recovery from the compressed air compressors for use as a heating source or hot water production

•Construction of a thermal solar system for use as a heating source or hot water production

•Construction of the heating distribution including pump groups to the individual consumers

•Construction of industrial surface heating in the halls and work pits

•Construction of underfloor heating in the company building

•Construction of cold distribution including buffer storage and pump groups to the individual consumers
