This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, to lease 2 portable air conditioner units (Chillers) for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System.The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a size standard of $40 Million.
