Provide Entrepreneurs Du Monde and its Network with Hr Practices and Policies Integrating the Gender Approach

Object of the mission

Entrepreneurs du Monde is currently looking for external expertise to help it advance human resource management and gender equality at work in its network and its 12 countries of action. Concretely, the project aims to implement in two territories of West Africa HR policies and practices sensitive to gender, adapted to the environment of the countries and aligned with the concerns of the teams and the best practices of social organizations. The mission also includes capitalization with a view to spreading to other areas of action of the association and recommendations on its support strategy for its partner organizations on the HR side
