Tenders are invited for Selecting an Institute to Provide Facility Management Services for “Mehewara Piyesa” Building

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Finance Division, Department of Labour, 9th floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Colombo 05 (Telephone 011-2587415) and can inspect the Mehewara Piyesa building with prior approval and inspect the bidding documents free of charge from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on working days from 9th August 2021 until 30th August 2021.

A complete set of Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Finance Division, Department of Labour, 9th Floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Colombo 05 upon submission of a written application at or before 3.00 pm on 30th August 2021 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 15, 000.00 (The payment will be made in cash).

The bid must be hand delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), Finance Division, Department of Labour, 9th Floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Colombo 05 on or before 30th August 2021 at 3.00 p.m. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened soon after closing of bids at the Finance Division, Department of Labour 9th Floor, Mehewara Piyesa, Colombo 05 in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as in Section VIII of an amount of Rs. 600, 000.00 and up to 11th October 2021.

Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 20th August at 10.00 a.m. at 4th Floor Auditorium, Department of Labour, Colombo 05.
