Tenders are invited for Provide Security Services
Provide security services at three of tie National Housing Trust's service centres for a duration of three years. The services include:
• providing 11 hours per day / 5 days per week genera* security services (unarmed guards! as specified tor each designated location
• assisting with the opening and closing of the office to customers
• monitoring traffic of customers and employees throughout tie premises
• assisting with the evacuation of the premises during emergencies
• ensuring that
- access to the premises is restricted to
authorized personnel or persons of the NHT,
including vehicles and equipment
- no part of the buildings (fixtures or fittings) are
removed from the premises without the NHTs authorization
- no illegal activities are carried out on the premises.
