Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service of maintaining cleanliness and greenery on the premises of the Representative Center of the Ministry of National Defence, the scope of which includes:

1) guaranteed order:

a) maintenance of greenery (care), cleanliness and order of the area of ​​the palace and park complex in Helenow, entered into the registrymonuments

under registration number 1033/904 of May 24, 1971,

b) keeping the hardened and ground surfaces clean,

c) maintaining the cleanliness and order of the green belt and sidewalk adjacent to the area of ​​the Representative Center of the Ministry of National Defense in accordance with the Act of September 13, 1996.on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended);

2) optional order:

a) mowing of agricultural land, dikes and pond slopes,

b) mineralization of the fire zone,

c) keeping the external fence clean.

2. Specify a detailed description of the subject of the ordera:

1) description of the subject of the order: Annex No. 1a to the SWZ (guaranteed order) and Annex No. 1b to the SWZ (optional order); 2) contract template - Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.

3. In the contract award procedure, communication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors, in particular the submission of offers, exclexchange of information and transfer of documents or statements takes place using electronic means of communication provided by the System.
