1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive PARP hotline service for an external customer, provided by dedicated contact channels (telephone and electronic). The hotline will consult in the field of activities implemented under the Fund ProgramsEuropean for a modern economy, European funds for Eastern Poland, European funds for social development, the National Plan of Reconstruction and Restrants, as well as other projects implemented by PARP (competition for entrusting the organization and conducting sectoral councils DS.competence, "expanding the functionality of the developmental service database and its dissemination as a tool supporting the process of learning adults" co -financed by the European Social Fund "), including co -financed by the state budget. The service will be carried outThrough the indicated contact channels: telephone (voice calls) and electronic (email, contact forms, placed on PARP, Live Chat, Facebook Messenger). This will be held by means of a system prepared and shared by the contractor supporting the helpline servicePARP and the consultants' activity (hereinafter referred to as the CRM -CRM Class, Customer Relationship Management system), as well as the IVR system (Interactive Voice Response) and Live Chat services that meet the requirements specified in OPZ.
