The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting andskidding of wood, seed and nursery, to be carried out in the Miękinia Forest District in 2024. The proceedings are carried out in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Art. 139 section 1, 3 - 4 PZP. The procedure is conducted in the form of a tender procedurebordered pursuant to Art. 129 section 1 point 1) in connection with joke. 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605 - "PZP") and implementing acts to the PZP. The material scope of the subject of the order includes total quantitiesfires in the field of forest management, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding resulting from Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
