The following is a summary of this tender: SUMMARY: • The primary purpose of legal consulting services is to assist BIX (Bahrain Internet Exchange) in finding legal solutions to resolve disputes and address legal issues. • The legal consulting service provider should be committed to offering comprehensive legal consulting services to BIX. They must have a strong understanding of all telecommunications laws, regulations, and international legal frameworks relevant to both the international and local telecommunications sectors. • The legal consulting service provider should have experience in the communications sector, particularly with a focus on Internet service providers (ISPs). • The provider must be capable of drafting and reviewing contracts related to BIX-s operations and agreements.
