Providing maintenance services, periodic inspections, technical emergency services and repairs of building infrastructure in the air conditioning and ventilation industry in the facilities of the Medical University of Warsaw, AEZ/S-185/2023
1. The subject of this order is the provision of maintenance and inspection servicesperiodic services, technical emergency services and repairs of building infrastructure in the air conditioning and ventilation industry, referred to in the SWZ and annexes as "HVAC", in the facilities of the Medical University of Warsaw, to the extent specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, on the conditionschs specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the order will be performed within 36 months counted from the first day of the month following the month in which the Parties conclude the contract or until the limit of the amount specified in § 6 section is exhausted. 1 of the contract, dependingwhich event occurs first, subject to § 1 section 7, and subject to the changes provided for in § 14 and § 15 of the Draft Agreement. (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ).
