Terms and Conditions:
1 All the above-mentioned details are considered part of the final price provided by the company and you are obligated to adhere to it.
2 It is necessary to fully commit to filling out all of the above fields in the offer (technical and financial) and to ensure that they match, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
3 It is necessary to sign any deletion or change.

10 All materials must be provided with certificates of origin.
11 The validity of the materials must be at least one year from the date of signing the contract.
12 The validity period of the offer shall not be less than six months from the date of submission of the offer.
13 All papers and documents must be signed and stamped with the company-s seal.
14 Payment method: 40 days after receiving the final invoice, by bank transfer or bank check, and the supplier bears all bank commissions and currency differences resulting from receiving the contract value.
15 The bidder must be aware that the price offer he submits is binding until the expiration date of the offer-s validity period.
16 The bidder must be engaged in the activity and licensed, and must submit his offer to prove this.
