1. The subject of the proceedings includes the conclusion and awarding of executive orders under the framework agreement for the provision of coal transport services from the place indicated by the Ordering Party to the place of packaging and packaging of coal for the needs of PGG S.A.

2. The order includes twotasks:

a) Task 1) Packing coal into 20 kg bags, placing on pallets, securing by wrapping in foil using a wrapper or hood in accordance with the technology used by the Contractor,

b) Task 2) Packing coal into 1000 kg BigBag bags, placing on pallets, protectionsealing by foil wrapping or hooding in accordance with the technology used by the Contractor,

3. The subject of the order is the service provided in the scope of: transport, acceptance, preparation, packaging and release of coal imported from the place indicated by the Ordering Party.ego
