Tender Details

Providing specialized transport services for people with disabilities who have difficulty moving in the city of Opole and coordinating the above-mentioned. services (accepting orders for transport services by telephone and electronically (including e-mail address and Opo platformle) from persons entitled to services, preparation and coordination of schedules) in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulations constituting an annex to the contract. The order will be implemented from the date of signing the contract, no earlier than January 1, 2025, for 24 months.

The service should be provided with five vehicles from Monday to Friday from:

a) from 6.00 to 18.00 3 vehicles;

b) from 22.00 2 vehicles.

Ww. hours should be treated as the first and last hourdeparture of the vehicle to the address indicated in the order for the transport service by a person with disabilities. One course means the transport of a person with disabilities from point A (e.g. place of residence) to point B (e.g. hospital, clinic, rehabilitation place). Specialized transport serviceso can be used by people with disabilities who have difficulties in moving independently.

Minimum amount of services provided by the parties - 10% of the estimated number of days of providing the specialized transport service indicated in the "Tender Offer" form.
