5. Key Equipment involved in providing this service
6. Relevant ISO Compliance Track Record (especially environmental and Quality, but not limited to), or Equivalent Standards
7. Minimal Qualification for technical employees
8. Process flow of a generic transformer fault being repaired, from start to finish (may include diagrams)
9. Compliance Tests administered to any repaired transformer (to ensure quality job)
10. Standard practice to ensure differentiation of repaired and unrepaired transformer on site.
