The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision Ad-hoc building works to IFAD HQ-s infrastructure and external grounds.The building works required are ad-hoc small construction works to the building-s infrastructure and external grounds. They are related to the maintenance, repair, refurbishment and improvement of the ageing building and surrounding grounds or the repurposing or creating new working spaces.
