The Department Requires The Provision Of ?As Required? Fixed Wing Air Charter Services For The Magistrates (?The Magistrates?) Circuit Courts Undertaken Within The Kimberley Region.The Department Requires The Provision Of An Eight-Passenger Seat (Minimum) Fixed Wing Air Charter Service For The Magistrates Circuit Courts Within The Kimberley Region. The Kimberley Region Is Split Into Two Regions Being The East (Doj202255978) And West (Doj202255977) Regions.The Department Intends To Appoint One Contractor Against Each Nominated Home Court Location For Each Region (East And West) Within The Kimberley. Award Will Be On The Basis Of One Contractor For Each, Any Or All Home Court Locations.Respondents May Submit An Offer On Operating Out Of Each, Any Or All Home Court Locations:West Kimberley (Broome Airport)East Kimberley (Kununurra Airport)
