A. General Service and Chemical Sanitation of

Air Conditioning units (indoor & outdoor) consisting

Window Type, Floor Mounted and Package Type;

B. Technical Audit of Air Conditioning Units;

C. Freon Charging, Flushing and Vacuuming;

D. Testing and Commissioning;

E. Testing & Commissioning (Assembly and

Start Up);

F. Complete Leak Test and Repair;

G. Electrical Inspection (power & wiring), report

condition as necessary;

H. Physical observation of actual compressor

operation and actual condition;

I. Cleaning of Site

J. Mobilization/ Demobilization
