Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Catering Services in Lagos and Port Harcourt Offices

Provision of catering services for Lagos and Port Harcourt offices respectively, which includes but not limited to;
• Remote cooking of meals at contractor-s base facility, trucking and serving at HHOG offices.
• Supply and delivery of wholesome food commodities, continental and National meals, desserts, confectionery and seasonal fruits.
• Provision of weekly tea, coffee beverages, milk “dry rations” consumables as may be required by HHOG.
• Provision of portable boiled water, natural fruit juice and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provision of menu to employees that meet dietary medical needs.
• Provision of platted catering and takeout/packed meal services in transportation airtight containers in accordance with safe food handling protocols.
• Provision of fresh foodstuffs and raw materials of good quality, fre from contamination
• Provision of qualified competent and safely trained food handlers personnel
• Mobilization of all resources including labour, equipment, cookware and utensils necessary to deliver on site platted catering meal services at the office location

Mandatory Requirements:
3.1 To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested Tenderers are required to be pre-qualified in the Service Category Service group 3.18.03 Catering and Housekeeping Services in Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified Contractors in this category will receive Invitations to Tender
3.2 To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/services categories you are listed for: Open http://vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your log in details. Click on Products/Services Status tab to view your status and product codes.
3.3 If you are not listed in the product/service category but you have registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to do business in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, contact the Nipex administration office at 8 Bayo Kuku Street, Ikoyi Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
3.4 To initiate the JQS pre-qualification process. You may access www.nipex.ng.com to download the requisite application form, make necessary payments and contact Nipex office for further action.
3.5 In addition, Tenders shall also be required to comply with the Nigerian content requirements in the Nigerian oil & Gas industry content development Act 2010.

• PLEASE note that all interested contractors are required to strictly adhere to the following conditions in relation to their response to this advert.
• All cost incurred in preparing and processing NJQS pre-qualification and responding to this Tender Opportunity shall be to the Contractor-s own account.
• This advert shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of HHOG to award any contract to any contractors and or associated contractors. Sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle pre-qualified Contractors to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from HHOG and/or any of its partners by virtue of such Contractors having been pre-qualified in NJQS.
• The tendering process shall be undertaken in accordance with NNPC Contracting process which requires pre-qualified Contractors to submit their documentation in the following manner:
 Pre-qualified contractors in the relevant services category in NJQS will be requested to submit their Technical and Commercial tenders at the same time, double Envelope Tender (DET).
 Following the Technical evaluation process, only technically acceptable and financially qualified contractors will have their commercial tenders opened and evaluated.
HHOG will communicate only with authorized officers of the qualifying Contractors at each stage of the Tender process, as necessary, and will NOT communicate through individuals or appointed Agents.
