Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Catering Services and Housekeeping Services for Obigbo, Agbada Field Operating Complexes (Pocs) and Associated Remote Facilities

• Remote cooking of meals at contractor-s base facility.
• Provision of qualified competent and safely trained personnel
• Supply and tucking of fresh and wholesome food commodities, full plated three - course national and continental buffet canteen services and packed meals, coffee, tea and full juice etc.
• Provision of desserts, confectionery and seasonal fruits.
• Provision of weekly and quarterly tea, coffee, milk and edible consumables.
• Provision of full outdoor catering services for any special event/function as may be required by HHOG
• Mobilization of all resources including labour, equipment, cookware and utensils necessary to deliver on site platted catering meal services at the office location
• Provision of occasional supply of meals in transportable airtight takeout/containers in accordance with safe food handling protocols to remote locations.
• Provision of portable boiled water, non-alcoholic, beverage and natural juices.

Provision of full housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to:
• Dry cleaning office, rooms, urinals and toilets, change out of beddings and provision of toilets.
• Provide cleaning materials, reagent, supplies, and equipment to industry standards
• Provide janitorial services to offices, field operating complexes and designated work areas.
• Monthly deep clean spaces of offices, field operating complexes, including windows, curtains walls, floors and ceiling, light fixtures etc; according to schedule
• Operate laundry and associated machinery, wash and iron employees, contractors and visitors clothing and work coverall.
• Wash, manage and distribute all bed linen (sheets, blankets, pillows, spread towels etc)
• Provide pest eradication services using the approved chemicals (Alpha Cypermethrin and Lambda Cyhalothrin).
• Provide bedding and towels for all bed linen for all rooms, sufficient to meet the demand of the personnel on Board (POB) per location and to accommodate visiting personnel.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
3.1 To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested Tenderers are required to be pre-qualified in the Service Category Service group 3.18.03 Catering and Housekeeping Services in Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified Contractors in this category will receive Invitations to Tender
3.2 To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/services categories you are listed for: Open http://vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your log in details. Click on Products/Services Status tab to view your status and product codes.
3.3 If you are not listed in the product/service category but you have registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to do business in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, contact the Nipex administration office at 8 Bayo Kuku Street, Ikoyi Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
3.4 To initiate the JQS pre-qualification process. You may access www.nipex.ng.com to download the requisite application form, make necessary payments and contact Nipex office for further action.
3.5 In addition, Tenders shall also be required to comply with the Nigerian content requirements in the Nigerian oil & Gas industry content development Act 2010.

• PLEASE note that all interested contractors are required to strictly adhere to the following conditions in relation to their response to this advert.
• All cost incurred in preparing and processing NJQS pre-qualification and responding to this Tender Opportunity shall be to the Contractor-s own account.
• This advert shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of HHOG to award any contract to any contractors and or associated contractors. Sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle pre-qualified Contractors to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from HHOG and/or any of its partners by virtue of such Contractors having been pre-qualified in NJQS.
• The tendering process shall be undertaken in accordance with NNPC Contracting process which requires pre-qualified Contractors to submit their documentation in the following manner:
 Pre-qualified contractors in the relevant services category in NJQS will be requested to submit their Technical and Commercial tenders at the same time, double Envelope Tender (DET).
 Following the Technical evaluation process, only technically acceptable and financially qualified contractors will have their commercial tenders opened and evaluated.
HHOG will communicate only with authorized officers of the qualifying Contractors at each stage of the Tender process, as necessary, and will NOT communicate through individuals or appointed Agents.
