USAID/Liberia Delta, Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) activity is a five-year activity with the overall goal of establishing an informed, systematic, and institutionalized approach to effectively monitor, evaluate, learn, and foster adaptation within USAID/Liberia and among its implementing partners (IPs).

The anticipated timeline for the RFQ Process:
• March 5, 2024: IBI releases RFQ to potential vendors via the e-mansion website.
• March 11, 2024: Offerors submit questions/clarifications to IBI via procurement committee at
procurements@liberia-delta.org. by 5:00 p.m. UTC
• March 12, 2024: IBI provides answers to questions by 5:00 PM UTC
• March 19, 2024: Offerors submit quotes by 5:00 p.m. UTC
• April 4, 2024: IBI anticipates making the award. These dates are estimates only and are subject to
adjustments by IBI.
