to streamline business processes, workflow management, data flows and to design a system for enabling and supporting automation of business processes at the Directorate of State Land in the Palestinian Land Authority
The Local Governance Reform Program (LGRP), implemented by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) and funded by the German Ministry of International Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to enhance the performance of the local government units (LGUs) and their services to citizens. GIZ has been commissioned by the BMZ and co-financed by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) to support reform of local governance through capacity development and introduction of new tools, solutions, and methodologies.
A key element to enhancing planning processes and related services at the national and local levels is the availability of quality information, especially information of geospatial aspect. To facilitate management and exchange of geospatial information among Palestinian institutions, the LGRP is supporting the National Committee of Spatial Data Infrastructure to establish national frameworks and standards for the exchange of geospatial information and build the capacity of stakeholder institutions for managing geospatial information.
Within this context, the LGRP seeks qualified service providers to carry out this assignment, and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for providing needed services.
