Tenders are invited for Provision of Crane, Rigging & Lifting Maintenance Services
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work for the services shall include but not limited to the provision of skilled, qualified and certified personnel, supervision, services, transport, testing devices, equipment, tools, consumable materials and/or every item of expense necessary for the rendering Crane, Rigging & Lifting Maintenance Services to Company, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on an “as and when required” basis and in a safe manner to plant, assets and personnel at Company-s Agbami FPSO facility. Furthermore, successful companies would be expected to have self-sustaining operations and capabilities to provide any aspect of the scope from personnel only who are qualified and able to communicate fluently in English, to full services, including equipment and consumables, as may be required.
Detailed Services Description:
The scope of work for the Crane, Rigging & Lifting Maintenance Services includes but not limited to the following:
a. Hoisting and lifting equipment inspection, repairs, crane operation, rigging operations and certification services are required for COMPANY owned hoisting and lifting equipment in Agbami FPSO Operations.
b. Contractor shall carry out and perform all services necessary to ensure all COMPANY lifting and rigging equipment are maintained and inspected in compliance with all regulatory requirements and applicable standards.
c. Contractors shall provide high standard of Crane and Rigging and Lifting Equipment Operation Inspection and Maintenance services as follows.
• Crane inspection and certification program
• Lifting and Rigging Equipment inspection and certification program
• Mobile crane operations (15-200ton)
• Routine and complex rigging operations
• Engine and major component overhauls
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspection
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting and/or emergency repairs.
• Onsite pedestal and mobile crane refurbishment
• Crane Operator Training and Certification
• Provision of fully Certified personnel onsite
• Crane Technicians
• Rigging & Lifting Inspectors v Crane Operation and maintenance services
• Forklift Operation and maintenance services
• Riggers
• Additional certified personnel to support periodic plant turnaround activities.
• Additional certified personnel to support periodic crane maintenance activities.
