Description :
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is leading a new procurement process using the DPC procurement framework on behalf of the SATC for the provision of creative services
DPC is seeking to source a panel of creative services agencies who have the capability to provide a variety of creative strategies and adhoc project work services that competitively position South Australia as a holiday destination.
The creative services will include but may not be limited to all marketing and creative outputs that will assist in promoting South Australia as a holiday destination and which will help to achieve the organisational goal of reaching $12.8 billion in domestic expenditure by 2030. The organisational goal is outlined further in the South Australian Tourism Commission-s (SATC) Corporate plan.
Services required will include, but are not limited to the following:
Creative strategy - a strategic approach that will support the SATC-s long term growth.
Concept development and ideation - delivering creative ideas that solve a particular consumer challenge.
Communications planning and customer journey mapping - a process that identifies all consumer touchpoints and identifies how best to engage with the consumer at each.
Filming/photography shoots - planning and delivery of all photography and videography.
